Ingenio Risaralda is a major company in the Colombian sugar sector, part of the Ardila Lülle Group, which supplies sugar, honey, alcohol, spirits, food, beverages, animal feed supplements, agricultural inputs, and services. As part of its business technology support strategy, Ingenio Risaralda implemented version 4.0B of SAP R/3 in 2008, in connection with SIAGRI, a specialized business management system for the agro-industrial sector. Years later, they decided to migrate to the SAP ECC 6.0 platform with NetPartners as their business partner in order to renew their system and the network of processes for customers and suppliers. A well-established team of consultants, prepared to contribute their knowledge and provide effective support, with clear objectives, experience, and planning skills, was the fundamental basis for carrying out the upgrade project within the established time frame and meeting the expectations of managers and users.
