Familia Sancela is a company based in Colombia that belongs to the Swedish group SCA (Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget). It operates in the consumer goods sector and manufactures paper, hygiene, and family care products. After implementing SAP ERP, BI, and Portals with NetPartners, Familia Sancela decided to implement SAP CRM in order to improve processes related to complaints, surveys, segmentation, campaigns, among others. NetPartners designed an end-to-end solution that included the implementation of CRM integrated with the company's ERP and Business Warehouse (BW) applications.
